Forget that the calendar officially says so; we all know Spring has arrived based on the chaotic parking lots at Pike's, Lowes, Home Depot, and everywhere else we're shopping for our Spring home-landscaping projects. The Palmer Design Team was pretty much just spectating (we're not all blessed with "Green Thumbs") but gosh there were some beautiful flowers being snatched up this past weekend! Although we're not professional landscapers, see Habersham Gardens for that- outdoor spaces are not off design-limits. When we're designing a fabulous outdoor space; we're looking for: 

  Vivid Color 

Profusion and Fullness (don't skimp on the plants people) 

Contrasting Textures

Wow Factor

A Composed yet Organic "Wild Factor" (no calculated, perfectly spaced, all matching flowers this season)

 Large-Scale Planters

and MOST importantly- Harmony!
